She makes sure Abbey Room runs smoothly, everything is safe and everyone is happy!

She is sometimes a little bit exigent with the workers, but she says that is her job.

The tenancy manager.

She manages the viewings, the check-in, inventories, check-out, the tenancies agreements, the tenant checks, the inspections during tenancies well, in fact, she does everything!!

She will be your first point of contact for any issue with the property.

He is our DIY man.

We cannot run without him, can we?

We call him for absolutely everything, small problem or big catastrophe.

He will be the first one to assess if the problem in the property can be fixed rapidly or if we need a professional for the work.
